Once again players will get to choose between the Wizard, the Valkyrie, the Elf, and the Warrior as they explore and hack 'n slash their way through dungeons. You'll also be able to use a headset to communicate with your fellow players.

Gauntlet is scheduled to release September 1st.

Nintendo Wii Fanboy has more details on Mii Freestyle mode, a Wii exclusive mode for the upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour. While it will give users a beat or tempo that they can follow, players can either choose to follow it or go wild and play whatever they want. Hardcore fans of the Guitar Hero series shouldn't be worried either, because Vicarious Visions promises the Wii version of Guitar Hero: World Tour will have the exact same online and multiplayer features as the other console's versions (including downloadable content and recording your own songs which can be shared with friends and the world). The Mii Freestyle mode is merely an extra mode for younger players.

Guitar Hero: World Tour for the Nintendo Wii is scheduled to release October 26th.

IGN has learned that Sega is planning to include "online elements" to some of the "Bloodbath Challenges" like Man Darts.

Sega & Platinum Games have combined to create an extremely stylized, over the top violent and crazy game with Madworld. Players get to control Jack as he kills his enemies, not just with standard melee weapons but with anything he finds lying around like barrels, street signs, tires, and environmental obstacles like spikes and traps. The more inventive, elaborate, and brutal your killings, the more points you'll rack up. More Images, a trailer, and impressions from IGN's demo after the break.

Nintendo Wii Fanboy reports on the newest addition to the fighting roster, Aeon. He has never appeared in any previous Castlevania game, but he may appear in the upcoming Nintendo DS game, Castelvania: Order of the Ecclesia.
